This Goldfinch mandolin was completed on 7/7/2012.  King Billy Pine top, Blackwood back sides and neck, Ivory wood bindings, Lancewood tuning knobs, Myrtle pickguard, King Billy Pine linings and Queensland Maple headblock and tailblock.  Paua Abalone inlays.  All Australian native timbers except for the, bridge, pickguard binding and clamp, and headstock veneer.  Beautiful sounding mandolin, sweet and clear, well balanced and with good volume.   A custom order so is not for sale.
